A poll conducted by Opinion Matters on behalf of an energy saving advice body, found that up to 49% of firms surveyed were concerned about rocketing energy prices. Energy-intensive businesses such as construction (55%) and hospitality (52%) were most worried.

Often environmental concerns are secondary with the main reason quoted for becoming energy efficient is to save money, protect profits/budgets and jobs with the added bonus that by so doing you can reduce your carbon footprint.
